EXCHANGE OF NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
For an EXCHANGE of a non-defective product: Once the product you wish to exchange is returned to our company, we will send you the new product. In any case, you will not be charged any additional fees for the shipment of the new product. The EXCHANGE period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party acting on your behalf other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the products. Necessary conditions for exercising the right to exchange (non-defective product):
• The product must not have been opened.
• No labels, tags, or markings (e.g., stickers, brand markings, etc.) must have been removed from the product.
• All items must be returned in the excellent condition in which they were received—without damage, without any defect (subject to the return of defective products), complete, and in their original packaging (for products delivered in special packaging).
RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Our company takes every possible measure to ensure that all products (of any kind) are specially and carefully packaged so that they reach you without damage. However, in very rare cases, some products may be damaged during shipment or you may receive a product with a defect. For this reason, and regardless of your above right of withdrawal which remains unaffected, we ask you to check the products upon receipt. If you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally accepted it. If you discover damage and/or a defect in the product, you may notify us within 7 days of receipt by contacting us via email or phone, informing us whether you wish to receive a replacement or exercise your right of withdrawal. If you choose replacement, the new product will be sent to you without any additional charge. If the product you received is proven to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, you may request replacement with the same or another product of your choice and/or the issuance of a credit invoice, or a full refund of the amount paid if the desired replacement product is not available—provided that you submit the relevant electronic request within five (5) days from receipt
