If we reasonably suspect such an order, we reserve the right to cancel it and inform the competent authorities. – To provide accurate and truthful contact details (email, postal address, and others). By submitting an order, you guarantee that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts.
4 | SALES CONTRACT – PRODUCT ORDERS
Information contained in the Terms and on notag.gr does not constitute a sales proposal but an invitation for information. A contract is concluded only when your order is explicitly accepted by us. If we do not accept your order but your payment has already been processed, we will refund it in full. To place an order, you must follow the purchase process and click “COMPLETE”. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order (“Order Confirmation”). The email confirms completion and acceptance of your order. 5 | PRODUCT AVAILABILITY All product orders depend on availability. In case of supply issues or stock depletion, we reserve the right to inform you by phone or email and suggest similar products of equal or superior quality/value. If you do not wish to order alternatives, we will refund your payment in full. 6 | ORDER REJECTION We reserve the right to withdraw any product at any time from notag.gr and to remove or modify any content. Although we make every effort to fulfill all orders, exceptional circumstances may require rejecting an order even after sending an Order Confirmation. We bear no liability to you or any third party for withdrawing products, removing content, or refusing an order after sending an Order Confirmation.
7 | DELIVERY – NON DELIVERY
Subject to availability and exceptional circumstances, we aim to complete delivery by the date shown on the Order Confirmation or, if not shown, within the timeframe indicated during checkout, always within 30 days of the Order Confirmation. Delivery is carried out by our partner courier. Delivery within Greece usually takes 3–4 business days after Order Confirmation. No deliveries occur on weekends. If delivery delays arise, you will be informed and may choose either to continue with a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund. Delivery is deemed completed when you or a third party instructed by you—not the courier—acquires physical possession of the products, proven by signing the delivery receipt. If the courier cannot deliver, they will leave a notice and attempt to contact you. If after 10 days the order remains undelivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will consider the contract terminated and refund all payments within 14 days.In case of loss by the courier, we will resend the products or refund your payment.
8 | PRODUCT PAYMENT
The price of each product is as listed on notag.gr, except for obvious errors. Although we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. If a price error is found, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order. We are not obligated to sell a product at an incorrect lower price if the error is obvious and could have been reasonably recognized. Prices include VAT but exclude shipping fees. Shipping fees: – Free shipping within Greece for orders over €50; otherwise €3.90. – Free EU shipping for orders over €100; otherwise €10. – Shipping outside the EU costs €30 regardless of order value. International shipping is via ELTA. Payment Methods: – Cash on delivery – Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) Your card is charged only when the order is dispatched. By clicking “Complete Order” you confirm the card is valid and has sufficient funds.
